How-to
3 for Free
Previously: How-to Manage User Account.
This section helps with limits on standard accounts and 3-for-free rule.
DataYeet allows users to easily create data visualization and share it with the world. To make it accessible to any user we have adopted the rule:
3 for free.
Each user can have 3 owned connections, 3 owned projects, each with 3 pages, and 3 charts on each page, for free.
By the term "owned" we understand that an object was created by the user. If an object was shared with the user, it is not counted by the rule 3-for-free.
To go beyond 3-for-free - the user can get Premium Account Time. When the premium account time is active - the user can create and edit any number of connections, projects, pages and charts as long as it is within Fair Use Policy.
Fair Use Policy determines that the total memory footprint of user objects and data should be within a limit. The limit is generous. Most of the users will not reach it, but its presence ensures fair use of DataYeet.
When the premium account time expires - the objects beyond 3-for-free will be viewable, but to edit them - they need to be shared with other users with enabled edit status.
Do you want even more for free? Easy, invite your friends and colleagues to use DataYeet. Make your projects public or share them with at least 3 other users - and these projects will be excluded from the count of 3 owned projects.
Next is Premium Account Time.
